I'm a chef, consultant, and butchery instructor passionate about great food, local ingredients, and making every meal an experience. Whether crafting a menu for a private dinner, helping a restaurant fine-tune operations, or teaching butchery at Northwestern Michigan College, my goal is always to create fantastic food while supporting ethical and sustainable food systems.


I’ve spent years working in restaurants, food product businesses, and consulting, wearing many hats—Executive Chef, Managing Partner, food business consultant, and everything in between. Along the way, I’ve built a deep appreciation for ingredient integrity, kitchen efficiency, and the people behind the food.
